Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) Capsules

Nicotinamide and nicotinic acid are two different forms of Vitamin B3. The key difference lies in their tolerance: nicotinic acid can trigger a so-called "flush" (sudden skin flushing accompanied by a sensation of heat and tingling), even at moderate doses. Nicotinamide is the "flush-free" form of Vitamin B3. It provides the body with the full Vitamin B3 supply without causing this unpleasant side effect.

Vitamin B3 (niacin) supports central functions in the body: it contributes to a normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system. Furthermore, it supports the maintenance of normal skin and normal mucous membranes. Vitamin B3 also makes a valuable contribution to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue as well as to normal psychological function.

The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule. It is best to take the capsule with sufficient liquid during a meal. Please note that the indicated daily intake must not be exceeded. One pack contains 180 capsules, which is sufficient for a full 6 months (180 days) at the recommended intake.
